COVID-19 UPDATES

We thank you so much for understanding that we are trying our best in these conditions and will work hard to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. 

Due to the current status of the world, we are forced to slow down or cancel some operations that help us stay in business until (but not limited to April 20). California residents were ordered to "Stay At Home" and this is affecting how we are able to get some product and ship some orders. While keeping this in mind, there may be a delay on your order or exchange.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes. All products that are seen on the model come in packs of 6 identical pieces (besides sizing unless otherwise stated).

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact customer service at info@shopchrisszoe.com.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, click the tracking number or input the tracking number into the USPS website.

Can I remove items from my order?

Unfortunately once the order is placed, we will have to cancel the entire order and have a new order placed to make changes to it. This ensures that there are no mistakes when shipping the new order out.

Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds). You’ll need to place another order or exchange any unwanted items.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will swap it for a new item of the same style, a new style or refund your entire payment to you.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will swap it for the correct item or refund your entire payment to you.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked? 

If an item is out-of-stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we will remove it from the website. Please be sure to submit a request to be notified when the product is available. To do this, please visit the product of your choice online.
